A poetry reading session by well-known poets from the ECO region was held and hosted by the ECI’s pavilion

A group of prominent poets from Afghanistan, Iran, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Kazakhstan attended the ECI, s reception at the 36th Tehran International Book Fair, recited poetry, and donated their books to the ECI’s diplomatic library.
In this cordial meeting held on the tenth day of the Tehran International Book Fair, Mohammad Hamed Bagheri from Afghanistan, Vahid Alinia from Afghanistan, Ms. Zeinab Rezaei from Afghanistan, Ms. Zahra Zahedi from Afghanistan, Professor Mohammad Reza Tarki from Iran, Dr. Mohammad Reza Tahmasebi from Iran, Ahmad Shahryar from Pakistan, Ibrahim Jan Dostali Zadeh from Tajikistan, Mr. Shah Mansour from Tajikistan, Dr. Maghfirat Yusefi from Tajikistan, Mr. Dantekari Kapuli from Kazakhstan, and Mr. Qalim Zhaylibay from Kazakhstan recited poetry.
The 2025 Tehran Book Fair will be held from May 7 to 17, 2025 at the Imam Khomeini Mosala in person and virtually on the ketab.ir website.
