On December 31, 2024, the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI)’s booth was set up at the charity bazaar organized by the Diplomatic Women’s Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
This charity event was graced by the presence Mrs lavasani. The ECI was represented by Ms. Sara Khan (spouse of Dr. Saad Khan, President ECI), and Ms. Mahtab Sahil, Afghanistan Cultural Expert. The event saw a strong turnout from the spouses of ambassadors and diplomats living in Iran.
The ceremony commenced with a celebration of the New Year 2025. Mr. Habib Mansouri, a renowned Afghan singer, performed Afghan songs at the invitation of the ECI. Additionally, the ECI showcased handicrafts and sweets from its member countries at its booth.
The ambassadors of Kazakhstan and Nicaragua, along with other diplomats, visited the booth during the bazaar.
