The ECO Cultural Institute (ECI), in collaboration with Pakistan’s Ministry of National Heritage and Culture and the Institute of Peace and Diplomatic Studies, organized a seminar at the National Library of Pakistan to promote cultural harmony among ECO member states. Dr. Saad S. Khan and esteemed panelists including the Coordinator to the Prime Minister of Pakistan, Rana Ihsan Afzal Khan; Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Pakistan, Dr. Avazbek Atakhanov; Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Mr Khazar Farhadov and President of the ECO Science Foundation, Dr. Kumail Tayyebi, alongside other diplomats and scholars from the ECO region emphasized regional cooperation to celebrate shared heritage. The event marked a significant step in fostering unity and cultural exchanges within the ECO region.
